WHAT "THIS HOME HAS POTENTIAL" IS ABOUT

Hello and welcome to This Home Has Potential.  I'm Jerri Coletti.  My fiancé, Virgil Hinojosa and I have been buying homes, helping them achieve their potential and reselling them in the Austin, Texas area for three and a half years.  We're proud of the work we do and wanted a place to share some of our stories, so we decided to venture into the Blogosphere for the first time.  We hope you find stories and photos here to inspire your own adventures into the world of renovation, remodeling, decorating and staging houses.

These are before and after pictures of our most recent project in Lakeway, Texas, a suburb of Austin, that we are thrilled to have finished and put on the market.  Due to "a series of unfortunate events", we have owned this home for two years, which is about one and a half years longer than we intended to own it.  See my post "From Munster Mansion to Magnificant" to read about how this property is an excellent example of the things that can go both right and wrong in the process of  proving This Home Has Potential.  That post has a compete series of before and after photos of this project, as well as a link to a Tourfactory tour that includes 50 full sized "after" pictures of the property.
